Frequently asked questions.
Do you provide alcohol?
This is the number one questions we get asked and the answer is No. California allows mobile bartenders to provide services as a Dry Hire, unless they have a pre-established brick and mortar with a liquor license.
What does Dry Hire mean?
Dry Hire means you supply your own alcohol. We provide mixers, garnishes, ice, bitters, syrups, and whatever else is needed to support the bar.
How do I know what to buy?
Part of our service includes a list of how much and what type of alcohol you need to purchase. This will vary depending on the number of guests and types of drinks requested. If requested, we’ll pick up pre-purchased alcohol and bring it with us for a fee.
Can you help me with my signature drink?
Yes!! Our top two tired packages include a tasting prior to your event. We will ask a few questions before scheduling a visit to ensure your satisfaction. We can also make suggestions based on the theme of your event.
What about non-alcoholic drinks?
We are happy to provide suggestions or “mocktail” style drinks or specific brands on N/A beer, wine and zero proof products so no-one feel left out.
Can you bring a physical Bar?
Yes! We offer our physical bar if needed for an additional fee. If the bar is not needed we will set up at the venue provides area, or bring pop up tables to create a serving area.
Do you provide cups?
Yes, all of our packages include high quality, single use plastic cups. These cups are not only esthetically pleasing, but the save the cost of renting glassware and promote a safer experience (especially on the dance floor!)
What if I want glassware?
Great! We are happy to use any style of glassware you rent/provide. We will not be responsible for the cleaning, collecting, breakage, or returning of glassware.
Is gratuity included?
Yes! An automatic 15% gratuity will be added to the total of your service invoice for private events (20% for bartender only service). Any additional gratuity can be added at the end of the event or via Venmo.
Public/Corporate events require a 20% gratuity charge.
What is your refund policy?
We understand some circumstances are beyond your control. However, deposits are non-refundable. Once you make your deposit we block off your date in our calendar and may have to turn away other clients, for this reason we do not give refunds on deposits.
